We are currently building a modern eDNA lab, the innovative methods for environmental analysis and biodiversity assessment in our company integrates.
We are looking for a dedicated scientific force shaping the laboratory set-up, active, and at the same time, the bioinformatic evaluation of our eDNA is responsible for the data. <\/p>\n

Fields of application<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Sample preparation and DNA extraction from environmental samples<\/li>\n
  • The implementation of PCR\/qPCR and meta-barcoding<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of Sequencing Libraries (Illumina\/Nanopore)<\/li>\n
  • Bioinformatic Analysis<\/li>\n
  • Analysis of NGS data, and taxonomic assignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Degree in biology, molecular biology, environmental Sciences, Etc.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with eDNA methods and molecular biological laboratory processes<\/li>\n

              • Processing of nature conservation and water management planning (FFH management planning, compensation planning, water development plans)<\/li>
              • Development of feasibility studies for the renaturation of flowing and standing waters<\/li>
              • Success control of renaturation projects (e.g. passability)<\/li>
              • Elaboration of scientific studies on different water-oriented issues<\/li><\/ul>
